I don't belong in this decade. I belong in the 60's and I would do anything in the world to be there. I wish I could have been Pattie Boyd, Jane Asher, Maureen Cox, Cythia Powell, or Linda Eastmen, but it looks like I lucked out. I am proud to have the same birthday as Stu Sutcliffe (former Beatles bassist). The Beatles mean anything and everything to me. They are a musical phenomenon that will never be forgotten. They are four of the most talented men in the world and there will never be anyone who can even come close to what they were. I feel like I can be myself when I listen to their music. Their music is simply beautiful. The lyrics to their songs come straight from their hearts. They show the true meaning of what love should be. Love is as simple as holding someone's hand. As simple as being happy just to dance with someone. The Beatles have showed me that. When I think of the death's of John Lennon or George Harrison I feel like I've lost a best friend. They didn't deserve to die. They deserved so much more than what they got. If I could, I would have thrown myself in front of that bullet to save John. I would have dedicated my life to finding a cure for cancer if it would have saved George. My favorite Beatle is Paul McCartney. His talent never ceases to amaze me. He dedicated his life to his music, which shows that being in a band wasn't just to get famous or to get money. It was something he truly loved and he found three brothers that he spent more than just ten years of his life with through the good and bad times.
